At “Japman Technologies Private Limited.”, we believe in giving you the comfort of Cancelling/Returning a product if you are not completely satisfied with it upon delivery. It is assumed that the user has clearly read and understood the T & C and agrees to abide by the return policy clauses stated in relation to any purchase made online.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND

  • Cancellation implies to ending the contract which you have entered into with www.japman.co.in and will have the following implications
  • Order(s) will not be processed any further
  • No dispatch / delivery will take place
  • Full Refund on product value will be guaranteed

 

Cancellation Acceptance Policy

  • You can raise a request to cancel your order(s) within 24-48 hours of placing the online purchase (and subject to non-shipment by that time, thereafter the policies under RETURNS AND REFUNDS clause detailed hereunder shall apply) only IF –
  • You have purchased the undesired Requirement
  • You have purchased the undesired Configuration
  • You have fed in the incorrect Billing Address
  • You have fed in the incorrect Shipping Address
  • You have learnt that the purchase made was a result of Fraudulent Activity or a Phishing Attack

 

You can cancel your order(s) by following the simple steps mentioned below

  • Write to us at support@japman.co.in (or) call us at 011-2510-6332 / 9999-346-158
  • (B/w 11.00 am – 07.00 pm, Mon-Fri) Mention your Order Number and initiate a request for cancellation.
  • Cancellation/ Return Form (or) find at the bottom of Website
  • Fill the form and submit after duly filling it within 24-48 hours of booking the order
  • Once we have received your request/duly filled form submitted by you from your registered email id (same email id from which the order was placed), we shall, subject to its compliance with the Cancellation Acceptance Policy process your cancellation request

 

 

REFUND OWING TO CANCELLATION

You can choose to procure a Full Refund on Product Value against the Cancellation of Your Order

  • Full refund on the product value will be made to your Credit/ Debit card / Net Banking account, whichever is the original mode of transaction during purchase
  • Credit / Debit card refunds may take up to 7-10 days, depending upon the policies of Issuing Bank
  • Please allow 2 to 3 billing cycles for the refund to reflect in case of a Credit Card for the refund to reflect on your Billing Statements
  • In some cases due to third party interventions, it may take more time and because of our inability to influence this, we cannot be held responsible for any consequences whatsoever owing to the same
  • “Japman Technologies Private Limited” reserves the Right to discretion & final decision

 

DISCLAIMER

All disputes are subject to the Laws & Policies of the Sovereign Republic of India and will be settled as per Delhi Jurisdiction.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return implies to cancellation of the contract post receiving the delivery of the product owing to dissatisfaction with the product.

 

RETURN ACCEPTANCE POLICY

To ensure that your Return Request is processed positively kindly ensure that

  • The return merchandise is falling in the category of IT or japman.co.in (SKU/Online) Products only
  • Products which are unused, unaltered, & unopened will ONLY be considered eligible for Returns
  • There is no physical damage due to In Transit of the product mentioned below
  • All the Labels, Tags, Original Invoice, Maintenance coupons and/or any other inclusion and original packaging of the product are intact
  • Japman Technologies Private Limited” receives the returned product with all requisites, labels, tags and original packaging intact
  • Kindly ensure you ship the product through a Reliable & Reputed Carrier/ Courier Service Provider that will provide you with an online tracking number and retain the same until refund is processed
  • Japman Technologies Private Limited” advises to use the same Carrier through which product has been delivered
  • Japman Technologies Private Limited”  takes no liability in case of loss of merchandise by carrier
  • No refund will be issued if we do not receive the product within 15 days of raising the Return Request

You may raise a request to return your order within 7 days of delivery of product if-

  • The package is tampered with
  • The product has a manufacturing defect (a highly unlikely event)
  • Final discretion of acceptance rests with Japman Technologies Private Limited
  • The shipped product is different from the one that was ordered with respect to Type or Make or Model.
  • The shipped product is incomplete

 

To apply for a return kindly follow the simple steps mentioned below.

  • Write to us at support@japman.co.in  or call us at 011-2510-6332 / 9999-346-158 (From 11.00 am – 07.00 pm, Mon-Fri). Mention your Order Number and initiate a request for cancellation
  • Mention your Order Number and initiate a request for refund
  • Cancellation/ Return Form (or) find at the bottom of Website
  • Fill the form and submit it after duly filling it within 7 days of receiving the delivery of the order
  • Alternatively, you can duly fill the form and email it to us at support@japman.co.in from the registered email id (email id used for placing the order)
  • For return shipments within India, one way shipping cost will have to be borne by the customer
  • For any help or assistance you may visit our store

 

Once we have received your duly filled form submitted by you, we shall process your refund request in the following manner.

  • Once Return Product has been received by Japman Technologies Private Limited; the compliance team will check and inspect the product to verify if it adheres to the requirements of our Return Acceptance Policy
  • Upon clearance, Full Refund on Product Value will be offered

 

Refund OWING to Return.

  • Full refund on the product value will be made to your Credit/ Debit card or Net Banking account, whichever used at the time of making the purchase
  • Please allow 2 to 3 billing cycles for the refund to reflect in case of a Credit Card Billing Statements
  • Please note card refunds may take up to 7-10 days depending upon the policies of customer’s Bank to complete the refund transaction. Please allow 2 to 3 billing cycles in case of a Credit Card for the refund to reflect on your Billing Statements
  • In some cases it may take more time. Rest assured that the delay would never be at Japman Technologies Private Limited end and because of our inability to influence this, we couldn’t be held responsible for any consequences whatsoever owing to the same
